Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated on checkout and are displayed before payment confirmation. 

All our products are made to order.

Orders are delivered within  30 to 60 working days. 

Monday to Friday are considered as working days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances.

Our delivery services are fulfilled by third party courier services chosen by Design Five11  from time to time.

Once your order gets shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) of your package is sent to you via an email or sms. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Our delivery partners will try three attempts to deliver your parcel and if unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us and your order will stand cancelled. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled. Please read our Replacement/Refunds/Cancellation policies for more details around this.
